I was promised lots and convinced by the team but in the final moment they came up with excuses.
Food was good but then they reduced the items in the event to manage the complimentary dishes they were suppose to add.
Venue was not ready in time, no one available for valet parking. Had to face lots of embarrassment.
Decoration was of very cheap quality. It was supposed to be a themed party and every requirement was discussed 15-20 days before. Finally they did what they wanted, not talking care of any of my requirements. I personally had visited nearby party supplier shops to see if the items for decoration was available. They were trying to bluff me saying that the items are not available in the market.
It was my bad to have trusted this team. This precious day will never come back again and it meant so much to me.
Very unprofessional behaviour and attitude.
