★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very poor experience with Meraki, At my sister's wedding we found that the facility manager was replaced with a new manager and all the commitment done by the previous manager was null and void as per her.
In the morning wedding she was like that she needed property to be cleared by 3pm and she was asking guests to leave as time was over.
The catering staff was picking up plates even where people were still eating.
DJ was in such a hurry that he never showed interest in playing which people were requesting him.
Really not recommended for any kind of functions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After talking to dozens of places for our sister's wedding, we happened to meet Meraki Banquet and we were able to close the deal in our very first meeting.
I would like to highlight my experience with Meraki specifying some key roles they played:
1. The Venue - The space is really pretty and well taken care of.
2. The Food - We were little skeptical about the food as we were little concerned about missing the authentic taste of muslim food, but all my guests really appreciated the taste of the food and the classy presentation ensured by Meraki.
3. Hospitality - This is the most crucial aspect, the staffs and the management of Meraki literally ensured that I am attending my guests without being worried about the management and yes, for that they provided sufficient number of staffs to look after us.
4. Honesty - I am sure their business will thrive and their honesty will play a vital role in that, they delivered everything which were promised and I did not feel at all that they compromised on the quality to make their own profit.
These guys truly understands customer's experience, my special thanks to Vardhan and Aanchal. I could not have arranged such a beautiful wedding for my sister without their cooperation.

Comment: We had booked Meraki for my wedding reception in May but due to the lockdown, we had to postpone it to August. However, they stood by the rate and price that they had agreed with us. They have a big area that covers a hall, a big lawn and a small lawn which they have maintained beautifully. Their furniture, cutlery and other equipments are new and good in quality. They have an excellent team that will walk an extra mile for your big day. I would give them 100 out of 100 in hospitality. We were so impressed by their décor and their politeness that we decided to book it for both wedding and reception. Their decorator is a very humble person. Since my husband was outside India, we finalised the decoration on a video call with him. I went to the venue like 100 times before the big day just to speak to them about various ideas that I would get in between about the decoration. I troubled them a lot by visiting them almost every week and changing the plans, but they were patient with me throughout. Mine was a Christian wedding, and therefore requires a different seating and decoration. But their team went the extra mile to make the arrangement just as how we had requested. On both the days, they changed the decoration for us and provided a different food menu. The quality of the food was upto the mark and my friends and relatives loved it. They made my wedding day look just as how I had imagined. They provided the sound system for the choir based on our requirement. They provided us auditorium seating, a fresh carpet to walk down the aisle, and the stage just as we had requested. I cannot thank their team enough for making my wedding so organised and beautiful. I would recommend Meraki to all my friends and relatives. They fit perfectly within our budget. As a bride I was busy throughout, but their waiters were always around to serve me snacks in between. Infact when I was busy with the photographers for my shoot in the lawn, their waiter would get me water every 10-15 mins. I am so glad that I picked them for my wedding and reception. A big thanks to Team Meraki!!!
