★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I put my child (Mario) in this creche with very high expectations. At first their service was very good. I have put my child here a few times. They took very good care of my child. My child was very happy there every time (of course we got the proof from the video she sent, I don't know the rest) and would return home happily. Although before that my child had 2-3 days in that creche only once. The rest of the time he would go in the morning and come back in the evening. But during this durgapuja I kept my child there for exactly one night and one day. The smell of urine all over his body when I go to fetch my child. The smell of urine up to his belt. There were black spots all over his body and the whole body was wety. When I got home, I had to bathe him that evening. Also for the whole two days my child was very calm and quiet. Where my child is not very calm. I don't know what happened to him there. After 2-3 days he is normal. Also my child slept at least 2 days straight. From this we also understand that he could not sleep well there. When I went to fetch him I noticed two things - 1.There are at least 10 to 15 dogs in that two small room of the flat.
And to stop them, something like a wooden door equal to the height of a 3-4 year old child was installed on the door of both the rooms.
2. My baby was in the upper flat and his food bowl was in the lower flat(same owner). The lower flat is very empty. I think she punishes all the dogs and cats who come to the creche if they ever misbehave.(this is only my assumption)
No matter what happens next, I won't send my child there anymore
