★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The well known Maruti Workshop at Topsia, near Science City, Kolkata.. But the workshop is located beside a congested, waste, garbage area... Workshop area need to be more spacious and cleanliness need to be improved more...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of few staff/Mechanic is awfully bad. Taking much time for service and they try to make billing to customers, adding unnecessary works on cars.
I suggest customers must go to other Maruti Service Center or private repairing garage/service center for better and faster service.
I came here to repair A/C of my car only but the person who attended, tried to add lots of things that actually doesn't need for my car. The simple reason is to make excessive bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service centre. Shame on Maruti to assign this dumping yard as an "Authorised service centre". Very shoddy body work done here. Lacquer spray of other vehicles settled all over car interiors. Incomplete painting work done. Spoilt rear view camera with putty and lacquer deposit on the camera. Putty had settled in grooves all over my car. Chrome emblem, chrome door handles were all smoky and lost shine. This place is a junkyard. No space for vehicles to be serviced /painted properly. Advise all not to give car here. You would rather get a better job done at a roadside denting and painting shop. See pics. My car taken again for job completion but returned with clutch plate noise and rear view camera not cleaned. Shame shame!
