★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done my first Ntorq service from this service center. Before going I read the Google review which was a mixed review and have a doubt in my mind.
Let's share my first time experience..
1. Well maintained service center
2. Behaviour of the employees are really good.
3. They checked the wheels, spark plug, brakes, tyre pressure,air filter cleaning.
4. Solved my mirror and Accelator problem.
5. Major benefits that you can see the servicing from the top.
6. Fast service and appointments are well managed
7. I did the seramic coating and they did it very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Bike was in excellent condition when I brought it, problem started after 1st service on 14th December 2022, A metallic sound coming from silencer and there be a clutch loosen issue , I got a call for feedback and stated the problem, they asked me to come Saturday 22nd Jan 3pm, I reached there before 3pm, I have to informed the problem 3 different people, I was supposed to get the bike by 4.45pm but my bike was untouched till 4:50pm then another man came and I had to explain the problem again to him, around 5:15pm I get the bike the silencer sound was still there, I found the nicely looking steel plate at the silencer body was bended very badly to reduction the metallic sound, the sill plate was so sharp and in dangerous position can be cause of accidental cut in foot or torn the pant, it fells like a local roadside shop, untrained professional.
when I highlighted the issue I was told to come again any day to fix that, they think we have enough time and our time has no value, A small problem can't be solve in 2.5 hrs , this is the worst service center I have seen in my life time, now I regretted why I choose TVs and Universal Auto, my previous Yahmaha and Honda service center was awesome. I also suggest my friends and other people to avoid buying TVS.

U have to beg them again and again if u want to know something about your vehicle ! Specially service guy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Got a call from their executive, booked appointment for 1st free service and when I reached i came to know that they do not have engine oil. Lack of communication between customer support team and office staffs. So reluctant. I wasted my time as I had to go between my office hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible place. If you say free service that are always reluctant. The moment you say paid they jump on you like crazy. I said chain is making sounds he started the back breaks are not looking good the servicing has to be done. They cannot make single complaint repair only in full service. And above that the people there are of no good. It's always good to look out for a different place rather then this. THE MOMENT YOU SEE UNIVERSAL JUST STAY AWAY. It will save a lot of money and time for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually they are good in service. But it was not the same experience when I visited on this month for my first paid service. They took almost 5 hours to deliver the bike after service. So many communication gap between. Due to covid restrictions they are not allowing to sit inside the upstairs.
