I am writing about this service center after having used many Mahindra Cars and getting them serviced from here.
My experience may be loyalty privileged, yet there is no harm speaking of it...as it is experienced. This has been my best Second Service experience after having purchased a new car. Thank you NR Autos Science City Workshop. Thank you Mr. Souren, Ms. Sonali & others who worked along to make the service experience this great.
I really have to appreciate every effort taken by the workshop to provide the ultimate customer experience, be it the scheduling & rescheduling of service appointments according to my needs, or the last minute provision of car pickup that was requested & attention to the small niggles that were asked for to be rectified. Everything was taken care very professionally... Hats Off!! The behaviour of every staff is very polite and courteous & keep up this work attitude.
I am very happy to have purchased the car from NR Autos, it has been a pleasant experience ever since the Test Drive day... Special thanks to Mr. Supriyo Kar.
I can very well say, if it is N R Autos & Backed up by such a powerful team... There is no better place for a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is courteous and very understanding. You have to be very specific about your issue if you want the ASC to take a look and fix it. The place itself is a little difficult to reach for a first timer, as the road leading to the ASC is not very smooth. Food coupon facility for driver is available . Lounge is also there if you want to wait for delivery of your car. I have been servicing my car from NR AUTOS since lockdown, and it has been a good overall experience.
