This is a service center which shifted from Fatimanagar, and let me be honest this place is terrible. To get a special number plate they charged a bomb and guess what, they got the number wrong when I received the scooter. The staff was abusive and highly unprofessional. Why even in 2021 companies are eager to sell products when they can't hire a sold group of professionals to execute smooth sales. They also gave me a date about when I will receive my scooter but it came almost 2 months late.

worst people in this showroom. They delivered my access with scratches and it was unwashed too. I have been going to them for 2 years now and still no response. My access gives me a mileage of 20kmpl on soft driving. When I talked to them they said someone messed with the engine. But the access was and was sevices only with them. Whenever I call them about any issues they only say the manager is not available. Worst kind of people in bharat suzuki showroom.

After purchase of bike, they never called me once for service...pathetic customer service...for 1st servicing also I called 1000 times to get my bike serviced...but now when I have called for 2nd service from my side, that guy from service centre is saying that there is no such bike number is registered with us. What kind of data they are maintaining...booked service for 3 times in past 2 weeks but no one turned up.. Dont go for bharat suzuki... Unprofessional

First impression is the last impression and dealers understand that point but still not able to match it up. Visited two bharat suzuki dealership at one place person doesn’t know the modes of payment and strictly rejected card option, other one said yes but payment is not through if we pay by card. If thats rrue leave bike how we buy iphone they should also say pay today and take delivery tomorrow. Ending up buying another brand scooter who understand well

Excellent customer service by Bharat Suzuki employee Asit Pal. He made sure that the entire process was haste free and the product was delivered on time. Asit addressed all queries politely and it was a wonderful experience overall

Worst service I have ever faced. I have purchased Avenis 125. it's been almost 3 weeks still I did not get number plate. they will talk to you very politely until you pay full amount. once you pay the amount then they will forget about you. I have been calling since 2 weeks but no response from them. they don't care about customers once they are done with payment. they will say that you would get bike delivery in 2 to 3 days but it will take minimum 1 month of time. They delivered my bike without speedometer display. I would suggest to no to choose this showroom for any type of services as they don't care about customers.

The service is pathetic, the staff behaviour including technician and also manager was not good. During my last bike service, they have removed pin from foot stand saying there will be no problem it will not fell down, but it got fell down and after asking they have refused to accept that they have removed that pin. When I complained to manager he also said do whatever you want to we are not going to fix it. Is this the way to treat customers. Is this how Suzuki treats there customer. I strongly suggest not to buy Suzuki bikes. Because the quality of bike parts are very very low. The service also not good.
