★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was promised repeat treatment if it's not effective. However after 1.5 months the pests reappeared and even after multiple calls, they never turned up. Won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Their treatments don't kill the pests. They give guarantee for 6 months and when u call to complain they do not answer your phone. Waste of money and time. Useless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not surprised to see 1 star to them. Definitely a fraud company. Pests appeared in 2 weeks. They promise you warranty of 3 months which they will never honour. I kept calling them and they never bothered to re visit. 10 calls in 20 days and every time they said tomorrow someone will visit and no one visited ever. Please stay away from them.

The guy who came to do pest control guarantee that for next 6 months there will br no cockroach however within a week lot of cockroaches can be seen roaming around. Called up their number hundred times and every time they say they will send someone but never sends. Its been ages and i am still waiting. Not sure why these ppl dont shut their company when they are so incapable of doing the work.

Worst ever service and pathetic staffs are there in Bharath Pest Care.
1. Very impunctual staff who do not bother to inform when exactly they will be coming.
2.Fake reasons being provided upon coming late.
3.Most odd and improper behaviour by staff.
4.These people visit to customer place and if that customer has a dog , even though the dog may be puppy and by mistake comes in contact with the staff, the staff behaves like we are untouchable and gives lecture such as he is of different religious belief and since he does prayer saying that he went to washroom to clean himself.
I would have considered this if he would have told me that he was scared of dog(puppy) but instead he said about his religious belief and prayer which made me feel that is this the word secularism means???
I strongly felt that they should only cater to their religious friends not to everyone...
Shame on Bharath Pest Control !!!
Even though they kept the name ‘BHARAT’...
(Please note that I am purely secular Indian who treats everyone equal irrespective of casts and creeds.)
BE AWARE OF THIS KIND OF PEST CONTROL SERVICES to avoid mental harassment and loss of your time and energy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour. They promised a 6 month guarantee at the time of payment. The cockroaches have not reduced rather increased a lot and even after I messaged and called their executives multiple times, there is no response at all. The lady who books appointments, Reshma and her so called manager, Hussain, are both useless and unresponsive. They are not even eligible to be in the star rating. I’ll give them 0 out of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most arrogant and careless staff. Miscommunication is the biggest negative. They kept us waiting the whole day and landed when we wanted to cancel the service. Though the pest care works, the service providers are in a hurry and have no patience to stick the gel to all corners. Also, they get unofficial helpers without information to the company or to the client. Very very unsafe. When we complained of it after a week, nobody cared to address this issue so far. No guarantee that they will attend to us if it doesn't work.
