★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have extra money then burn it because if given it to creative space , u will lose money and mental tension will come along. Work quality is worse. No ethics, dishonest and you number will be blocked for further communications. Be careful, Creative Space has flat share in lots of so called good builder so initially you may be buying from good builder but at the end may end up buying creative space flat.Don't buy anything from it. I have bought a flat from a builder. Unfortunately I ended up buying creative space share flat. Apart from delay ,the finishing material, fittings were fake and worst quality. If you are buying anything and if Creative space name pops up anywhere then think 100 times if it's ur hard earned money. You should meet the owner of company, visit it's office. Ask for details of project it has completed and get it's customer reviews.
