★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy processing center. They don't know the process of housing loan. They went to the extent asking the buyer to complete the registration and ask the seller to visit their branch for taking the banker's cheque. We can't expect any seller to complete the registration process by giving away their property in the hope that the settlement will be honoured later. They make both the seller and the buyer wait in the register office. Instead of dealing with these guys, you can get loan at a higher interest from some other bank. Dumbest guys in the processing center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives are for organising the Loan Documentation process with an online appointment process which do help to streamline the rush faced otherwise. But if you are planning to close the loan then visit branch first and get NOC. To collect the Original Doc's from RACPC book an appointment using the phone numbers (see picture added) - online appointment is not set up for collecting original documents back.
Not 5 star since there could be more customer focus and instead of the security directing people in/out (after climbing 3 floors) it could be better managed with a Help Desk at ground floor or a good online manual with the full detailed steps for how to go about

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space need to be planned better. Looks like the facility hasn't been ramped up in a while now. Lot of interactions happen in 2nd and 3rd floor, but there is not enough space to even move around in those floor.
Most staff are very nice and customer friendly, but few were very rude.

SBI is changing in terms of serving customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service from the RACPC 2 , complete lack of responsibility & accountability in dealing with original documents. I am still following up with the center even after months of home loan closure. They don't respond online either through email or phone. I would strongly advise to stay away from such a pathetic loan processing center.
