★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bharti jewellers for silver at gayatri dham side in ghatkopar bharti jewellers have very good image for customer and specialty for gujarati and gold & silver ornaments but it's when come to customer service's it's so poor and bad customer service's
Please don't do this there another shop too in m.g road
And please close you shop not only for monday for 365 day's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic jewellery shop ever encountered. I had to call 1000 times to confirm if my order has come or not and that too I have to shout at top of my voice because they can't hear over call the moment I asked them about why my order is being delayed. They did't bother to inform me about whether the product is ready or not. I have to literally speak to 4 to 5 people before the right person comes on the call to confirm with him/her that my order is ready or not whenever I called these guys. The staff is the most pathetic over there, I went to collect my mom's bangles and one of the lady executive literally threw it on the table, when I asked for the box of it, another male executive banged the box on the glass. Is this a joke to these guys about how they deal with people forget about getting treated like customers. The owners, if you go by the counter does not listen to you until and unless you shout, they are always busy talking within themselves. Such an indecent and unprofessional people, I have never seen. Shame on you Bharti Jewellers for treating people like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely frustrating experience. I ordered a set of bangles (kadas) early october . First i was lied to saying i will receive them in a week. After painfully following up i finally got a call that the bangles are ready early November ( almost a month late). When trying the bangles at the store one of them snapped at the shoulder. I was told at the store that they would fix this and hand them over within 2 days. This never happened. Once again, no one took accountability and i am still following up with them . I had got these well in advance hoping to wear them for Diwali.I am updating my review as i finally got my bangles .They were apologetic and accepted accountability of this experience. I appreciate their effort to make things right for me.
