★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrible makeup. They are just money minded after receiving payment they don't give a damm to bride how she looks. They Use old brushes save their products. They spoiled my bridal look completely. Brides don't trust their name. Otherwise u will also regret like me.

They all teaches by their pure soul nd put their efforts to learned the things to their student. I recommend to everyone to visit there once to experience such a lovely atmosphere surrounding in the ALPHS. I am very very happy to be part of this Accadmy Thank you Bharti Taneja maam to give us the knowledge about makeup and give us a path to became a makeup artist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are ok in permanent makeup. Can improve their service by paying attention to clients requests. For touch ups they're least interested. Make sure that the therapist draws the shape and then she fills ink. In free hands drawing there's chance of distortion.

I had my reception function in August and had terrible experience with my hairstyle. I wanted to keep the look simple and showed then the picture but the hairdresser kept insisting and forcefully made hairstyle of her choice which was out of my comfort zone . She did it only to charge me extra rs1000 to use extension for that hairstyle . I simply disliked those extensions and they eventually had to cut them yet they charged me . I was almost in crying state because I was getting late plus my look was not I wanted . The hairdresser and manager was so pathetic all that they were interested in was me to pay them money. My mother’s make up was done horribly as well that she had to wash her face and then use her own lipstick yet the manager charged us. This is. Serious complaint for manager ANUBHA in sector 14branch because she is the most discourteous and pathetic manager I have ever dealt . She jst wants payment and doesnt care abt employee satisfaction .
I urge through this note for BHARTI Taneja maam to take an action and compensate for my horrible experience at alps sector 14on my wedding day

But the quality of services has declined over time regarding the quality of products used and related stuff.
