★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @shaan did my haircut which looks like a professional haircut and he did do the curls as well on my request. I came here after a 1 year from my home town as i couldn't trust anyone else. Suggest everyone living in Gurgaon to visit this place at least once.

They were attentive always making sure I was comfortable and happy, which I was the whole time. They are skilled, knowledgeable and finish with their clients in a timely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got *KERA Smoothing* from TANGLE Saloon. The hair specialist *JYONTI* had made my hair worst. Hair getting breaks from root ??. When I talked receptionist *Shiwani ,Jyonti & Shaan* they all guys taken my complaint very lightly and told me it happens because of excess use of chemicals and heating to hair. Specialist has no expertise to deal with hair still she is doing and ruining someone's hair. Its completely absurd, pathetic. When I asked solution of my damage hair & how I can control my breakage hairs,Mr Shaan recommended home remedies to me. Its completely waste of money & when I asked to called to *Shiwani* to arrange my call with *Tangle saloon Head*,she said if you register complaint to him.He will deduct my one month salary & I have all call recording of shiwani,it means they all guys play with customer's emotions and money. I will never recommend to visit this kind of garbage saloon...don't mention wrong conversation in your review Rply tangle team ok...after taken services....I am continue in contact with my complaint of hair falls within a week with your saloon...and shampoo those I am using wella element not a bad shampoo & conditioner...and I bought this product after getting confirmation from Jyonti understood & not three month it's two month only & my all hairs breakage due to high heating and chemical ..so don't mention wrong Rply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited your salon more than thrice (mostly for complaints) with my friend Sandhya, and she had horrible experience. Initially when she told your staff no one excepted their mistakes and now she is suffering from heavy hairfall And she has to spend 5x times more what she gave on your salon to get it fix. So I am alerting others about your service.
