★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really a bad experience, I choose this place in gurgaon for my wife's smoothning.. the guy who did the work was so confident as if he knows about the results... They charged me 5000 as an offer price but From the day one I could see the curl in hairs and i end up discussing the same with the all these professionals but nobody was ready to accept the fault... These people are very friendly before taking the money and too rude after the work is done... Completely unprofessional staff with an unmannered Owner who doesn't have time to talk even with her customers... Everytime when i See my wife's hairs I wish to get a refund.... *** Dont go here for any hair treatment**** waste of time and money... Really disappointed !!!

Aruna Dhaka who is managing the saloon is very arrogant. She doesn't know how to talk with their clients...
Her degree is Fake ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. This Saturday I went to the parlour for arm waxing. The girl who performed waxing(may be she was new as I have been there earlier also , I have never seen her) did it 3 - 4 times which was paining a lot. and Then I asked someone else to complete the waxing. . My arm was complete red with spots. Now its 5 days but still the spots are on my arm , even after icing and applying ointments. I have sent the photographs to the owner.
My advice will be never ever go for this parlour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is lazy and I didn't find then in a mood to assist properly. I literally waited for 1.5 hours while I could see staff free. And then the service as they were now in hurry so didn't had it properly... She just wanted to finish her work.. I was there for waxing and staff was too aggressive and in hurry. Don't visit this place if you want a quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get a keratin treatment done from this place. They just dont know how to do it. Moreover if you tell them that results are not as expected and that you are not happy with the service, they will not care, but Simply will be blaming the texture of your hair. Very disappointed, I feel I have wasted money by going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and rude staff, particularly the lady at the reception. She quotes whatever rates she feels like for services. I went here a couple of times and got the same service done. On the third occasion the reception lady charged me for stuff that was not charged for before. When I pointed that out she blatantly said that I would have hidden taking those services the previous 2 times. Instead of just saying she must have missed it last time she called me a liar and was extremely rude. Horrible experience. Don't bother going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to La Leona. I had to get highlights done and the result came out to be amazing. I also got a nice haircut which gave even more amazing look. They had good deals and new year packages. The staff and ambiance of the salon was nice. Would love to visit again.
