★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The lady who sits on the main counter is highly unprofessional and does not have knowledge about the pricing (first she quotes discounted price and the moment she got to know about my membership, she charged full amount and gave discount on full price whose value turned out to be the same) and not at all courteous. Very rude. However, the hair dresser was good.
I have been to affinity express many times, but since it has changed to gratia and with new staff, I don't think I will ever visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am teeling my experience about Gratia salon. It is a very good salon service. I got my hair cut and hair colour by Atif hairdresser. Very well he did haircut and amazing colour.
Now I am full satisfied.I had a great experience.
I rate them as a 5star salon……..Gunjan , salon’s manager ensures high service standards…..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, terrible experience. I went in clearly asking for a person I wanted to get a haircut from. The receptionist, who was either sleepy or lost in her own world, asked me to get a headwash done while I waited for the person to get free, as he was apparently busy. Then a when a different person came to cut my hair I got to know the person I had asked to get a haircut from was not there, and when I refused to get a haircut, she asked me to pay 150 for a headwash.
Quite frankly the worst experience I've had at a salon ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine with service but they are little unethical. I got a hair spa package and the hair dresser Atif insisted on doing advance payment for 3 sitting even I told him that i have to move to Bangalore so i need to get my sittings before March and he said he'll do it.
And after that their store was closed from Jan - march 1st week. After that i had to move. I tried contacting Atif and he is not responding now.
Good on service but poor on ethics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff especially Gunjan. I’ll be back for sure. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. Overall great choice and definitely a competitive price compared to other salons in the area. Super worth it ?
