★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am one of the purchaser of the flat in bhavisha groups in kada agrahara! The project name is Bavisha Bentley Zuri or Bentley 2, they call it. I was really taken back on seeing the negative comments by some of the persons of Bhavisha Bentley about the Electricity and the lifts not working. The comments are totally wrong and infact all the lifts are working fine and the facilities available here are really great. On reading those comments, I thought it is worth spending some time to write a straightforward review . In Bentley greens found a nice garden and Gym and children play area. A Big Sai Baba temple which is really gives the peace and happiness which I reliably learnt was done by the promotor though it was not offered as a part of the deal. The Gym is fully equipped with the latest workout machines and the indoor games room is yet to get ready. I was shown the equipments like carrom and snooker tables delivered already.
Next to this facility a new project is coming up and I am the luckiest person to get a 8th floor apartment, which has plenty of air and abutting to the Government lake. Big swimming pool is getting ready including the cricket net practice, basket ball and badminton court is also getting ready. And all these facilities to be used for all the Bentley blocks which are really huge opportunity. I am posting few photos what I have seen while I finalised the best deal. I can very well recommend Bhavisha Bentley to the prospective buyers. I found 250 Kva generator as standby and I thought I must take the photo of the specifications of the generator which will support the lifts available there. We cannot blame the builder who offered the flats for the first time buyers like me for the Bangalore Electricity for their power cut and we need to recon with some here and there small issues when we live in such kind of affordable housing projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bavisha is known to be reputed in an around Sarjapur area, but their service is not as par like any other reputed builders.
Possesion started in the month of March'21. But still builder is yet to provide basic amenities like Lift service, Bescom connection, full time DG Backup and Parking slots. These should be their priority while handing over the flats.
Any additional work, they charged very high that too after repeated followups they will complete.
Except few Marketing staffs, other staffs are not professional. Poor in customer service.
Few good points viz flat cost within your budget, situated in residential area away from city pollution.
As a whole, will give below average rating until they improve their services.

months I am writing this review.
Cons-
1. Major IT locations are 13-16 Kms away.
2. 1 km walking distance from main road.
Pros-
Cost effective residential area, out from city lights and pollution. However, as long as project is fully completed construction and furnishing noise would be a disturbance during working hours.

Getting a flat in any place is really tough as we need to go through all perspectives like Builders reputation, Build quality, Legal Approvals and Location too within our predefined price range. So I got everything in one place. Builder vision and planning all the amenities is very neat and clear. The sales person and my contact point Mr. Yuvraj is really a nice guy by nature and he always tries to Solve all the queries, really appreciable. Now I'm referring my contacts as well.

Builder is fraud. Amenities are such low quality you can't even imagine. Visible cracks in walls, poor quality gym equipments, cricket nets is a joke, badminton court is non-existent and laughable. Other amenities you can just imagine.
They changed whole society layout after we moved in. Builder staff built their own flats nicely and dictated rules to us when we asked. Owner is building his own palace without letting anyone know first hand.
Never ever buy a flat from Bhavisha. Once you move in, your promised comfort is forgotten and totally bulldozed. They have painted and made things look good at outside. Nothing will be long lasting. I am just waiting from cracks to appear in structure and we will be asked to vacate.
Problem is all are day to day employees and won't go through trouble to sue these frauds.
I am sure they did same in all other projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a flat in Block A but not happy. Reasons are:-
1. Builder expected to complete everything by September 2021. Registration done Oct 2021. I understand Covid and other factors but till now Feb 2022 major amenities and other common are work like common lights, acid wash final paint pending. Shifted in Nov and now we are in February, not sure how long we have to wait further.
2. Inside the flats I can see cracks on walls and gap in between all windows and washroom gate due silicon filling. Following up with them but didn't get it done yet. There needs to be a dedicated team from builder side who will take care of the existing customers complaints.
3. Quality check should have been done by them before handing over flat. I had to repair 10 tiles after shifting and the floor beauty is gone.
This is the major improvement are for Bhavisha they should do inspection of each flat before handover, all these issues would have been resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star definitely for the experience so far. Low cost high luxury homes. Middle class budget friendly properties. Good greenary in and around, with minimal facilities. This area and the property is still under construction. Expect the better future in and around times to come.
