β β β β β Totally disappointed with the quality of meal provided by them... I'm very much dissatisfied with their behavior as well..
I placed the Puja special order to them (all 5 days). ΰ₯€Initially I was told by them that 50% should be paid in advance and balance should be paid at the end of the tenure... On nabami they insisted to get the balance amount.. However as per the agreement balance should have been paid on the last date i.e dasami.. So I lost my trust on them..
Quality and the taste of the food are complete disaster. On their menu it was mentioned 'basmati rice' whereas we received normal rice. Moreover today the quantity of the rice was very less which is totally unacceptable against a plate which costs rs 310.
Totaly disappointed and dissatisfied with their service and behavior.. I'll strongly not recommend them to anyone.

β β β β β Poor quality of food, unprofessional behavior. They are not ready take up feedback from the customer about their delivered meal, they just want money. Even I know after posting this review, they will claim this as a fake review but I don't care as I have the bill that I have taken order from them and over phone I have told them regarding the quality of food but sadly nothing had change. Highly disappointed.
Complete waste of money. I will certainly not recommend anybody to order from them. You first learn professionalism and behavior then educate others.

β β β β β Lately, during Durga Puja I ordered food at this place. I was extremely pleased with their service and the delicious food they had delivered. In fact, I was glad that I had ordered food for two consecutive days. Anyone interested in Bengali food should try out the food here, specially because of the authenticate Bengali taste. Moreover, they use optimum oil, and the dishes are exactly the way they are cooked back at home. Thanks for their service.
