★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our experience, we found Bina Ayah and nurses bureau to be poorly managed. The worst part is the call center experience where the staff is not well trained and unprofessional to interact with the customers. They are never sure about the availability of the nurses and ward boys till the last minute. It keeps you guessing if you will get the person for the patient or not. When you call them they say they will let you know a few hours before the duty about whether the assistance is available or not. There is a high probability that you will be left in the lurch at the last minute. Always keep a backup option available from the other bureaus when dealing with Bina.
We had to change several ward boys from Bina before identification of the decent ones. It's an additional stress to interact with Bina Bureau's call center when you are already stressed about a patient at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely useless agency, all useless, non caring and rude maids they provide, frequently these maids keep changing giving all sorts of false excuses and to top it all their management staff they become hand in gloves with these maids and humiliate the customers. Guys please beware, after all it's the question of taking good care of your loved ones. They do not follow with the covid rules and it's a big risk to hire their maids as even if you provide them mask, sanitizer and gloves from your side , they refuse to use it. Their maids just keep talking on thier phones and ignore the patient completely. All good reviews I guess are posted by their own staff..
It is the same agency as they only provide the contacts regarding miads and I guess due to several complaints they have come up with this new way of getting away with their responsibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bina Bureau Ayah section at Sion, Mumbai has totally unprofessional ayahs. PATHETIC SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY AS I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WHEN I TOOK THEIR AYAH SERVICE FOR MY ELDERLY MOM (88 YEARS).Ayahs come late and want to leave early.They don't want to adhere to the dress code of wearing white when they are on duty.Night duty Ayahs insist on wearing nighties against the norm of the bureau. Bina bureau supports the ayahs even when they have done wrong. Extremely loud, motor mouth women who are ill equipped to deal with elderly patients.They don't change the soiled diapers of elderly (88 year old) unless and until they are told to do so on the pretext that they had just checked it 2 minutes back and its clean. When asked to check the diaper it was found to be totally wet.This happened on a daily basis. Ayahs say that the patient must have just now wetted it which is a total lie. Work shirkers to the extreme.Also they are continuously talking on their mobile phones ignoring the patients call for help when needed.When I asked the Ayah on night duty to attend to my mom she said that she will only attend to my mom after she finishes talking on phone.She spoke for a good 15 minutes before and after that. When I told her to attend to my mom she still kept on talking inspite of my telling her to attend to my mom. After she finished speaking on the phone after a good 20 minutes or so she left saying that she was not being allowed to talk on phone. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PATIENT YOUR LOVED ONES ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY WITH THESE UNSCRUPULOUS AYAHS FROM BINA BUREAU AYAH SECTION, SION, MUMBAI. Worst Ayah service.This bureau should be banned as it is only out to make money instead of caring for patients which they charge for. STAY AWAY FROM SUCH FRAUD AGENCIES WHO HAVE USELES AYAHS.

Very Bad Service and complete unprofessionalism. The agency sends inexperienced people and then instead of apologising and trying to rectify the services, they want payment for the bad services provided.
Reading the other reviews in google it has come to my notice that the owner’s standard response is “we are speaking about another agency and not his”. This is a tactic, both the nurse and ayah agency are same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An attempt to be as concise as possible :- To begin with, it is a bureau which comes under “the highest bracket of money charged against the services given” of bureaus what I’ve come across so far.
The nursing staff they provide deserves a 50% of the what they are charging at present because end of the day they give services delivered by “humans” who can be whatever they want to be, irrespective what they are paid!
Getting a good nurse from this bureau is sheer matter of luck! And that nurse to stick around is another headache despite whatever co-operation or money “any family” has to offer!
Another feature to be known for of this bureau is “playing innocent game” where they know whom they are sending and what they should not send “of the quality or service required by a nurse” they will send who’s available “even if that nurse wouldn’t be deserving the charges per day or worst nurse ever”
On ground of humanity, yes the bureau was paid full for whatever nurses they have sent, but whatever they are charging : they have to justify that per day charge with whoever that is been sent!
To gist:- it’s an experience of dealing with 1 star service but paying for 5 star level of services!
Piece of Advice if bureau has to improve :- Either get the quality of nurses which justify the charges demanded or simply shut down the business if expenses cannot be catered to.
Mentioning details of experience I’ve had or names of every female sent, makes no sense at all, but one knows what one is doing, so bureau has to be aware!
