★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever travel with them! They don't serve what they promise. PATHETIC SERVICE!! The bus was delayed by 4 hours because it kept picking and dropping people mid way. And just not the delay the luggage was also not kept properly. I wish I could upload a picture to show it to you all.
Travel only if you want to waste your time and energy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services as alwys ... verma travels doesn't have time value of passangers... Traveling from mumbai to bhopal ... Bus cancelld and probided to other bus time 8:30pm and arrival time commitment was 12pm. But 12pm reached indore. It will take more 3:30hrs minimum to reach bhopal.. FULL DAY LOSS. DON'T TRAVEL WITH VERMA TRAVELS. THEY CHARGE HIGHEST BUT DOSENT HAVE VALUE OF PASSANGERS TIME AND FACILITY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was running very very late. For the arrival of 8:40pm from Indore it arrived at 9:30 pm. The luggage key was lost so the pit stop was longer too. There were discrepancy with seat numbers also. Most importantly the bus which was supposed to reach at 7am in borivali reached at 1 pm. I am very disappointed with the services and hope the travel doesn't make a habit of such situations.

I felt like cheated, Double Sleeper was nowhere enough for two people, i could barely find space, see images. Stairs we all broken, see image. The worst thing was, they stopped a/c at dinner halt at midnight (Apprx 12.15 AM). See the attached video. How come they force all passengers to come outside in mid of sleep/night? With 20 years of traveling experience, I can surely say that any elegant A/C bus will never switch off engine/AC at that late time. On same stop also, there were other bus and all of them kept ac running during dinner halt. I paid for luxury and received a below basic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus experience I have ever had It was a nightmare for me.We boarded the bus from indore and we were heading towards mumbai. First of all the bus was in terrible conditions the seat provided for sleeping was dirty and secondly the trouble began when we came to know that the driver was not knowing the route he dropped us in the middle somewhere near thane we have to take ola from their and have to reach our home the bus staff was also not mannered when they were asked to stop for some refreshments and to fresh up they were like the bus is late and etc etc. Please guys be careful before traveling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service are good, clean bus, helpful driver & bus staff, pick up time⌚ as per mention booking message. But dropping time delay, my journey date 23march 2021 mumbai to indore. Bus no. Up70 at 2014 . I suggest please provide proper pillows. Thanks Verma Travels mumbai. ?

If their bus is not filled they will cancel your tickets at end moment.
Very bad experience.
They number their seats in such a way that when they try to offer you seats in exchange for cancelled ticket you think that you are getting seat in the middle but they settle you in the last birth.
Non cooperative staff.
