★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve a single star, but since we can post the comment without giving a single star to this service center that is the reason i have selected single star. Most pathetic service i have ever seen in my life. I purchased Samsung A70 in last October and on 10th July 2020 suddenly my display stopped working. I went to this service center on 11th July and have given my phone to replace display. After 15 days also i didnt got any communication from Samsung team, i went to this service centre last Saturday on 25th July 2020 to check the status of my phone. These people are started saying that we have repaired your display but your biometric is not working properly it will take some more time. I cross checked my repair status online and its showing the repair has already completed. Then these people called me on Wednesday that your phone is ready you can come and collect. I again went to the service center on Thursday 30th July 2020 and again these people has started giving me same excuse that sir your biometric is not working please give us one more day. I again went to this service center today on 31st July and they again started saying that sir your biometric is not working it will take some more days. After all this drama which is going on from last 20 days i took my phone back from the Samsung service center because i dont have any trust left in them. Thanks Samsung for breaking customers trust , i will suggest everyone to stop buying Samsung phones otherwise they also have to go through this long phase of time waste and harassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service center as they are not co-operating with me. I bought a Samsung a30 just 10 days before and it got a bend (no physical/water damage) still samsung service center is not giving me the replacement for the same. Please be aware before buying samsung A30!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, an engineer is quickly assigned to you and he/she will immediately try to resolve your problem and also tell you about the problems with your devices. They also repair the phones in front of you so you can be assured nothing wrong is being done to your phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my recently purchased M20 model to show as it had shut down and was not booting. Got prompt service and attention. Decent place to wait. Enough technicians to attend to. My cell was covered under warranty so didn't have to pay anything. They didn't even ask for the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst possible staff. After booking the appointment to deliver the phone online they don’t acknowledge the staff is rude to the core and least bothered about customer care. They don’t even see there is a senior citizen who has travelled long way in their so called working hours to drop the phone for repair.They blatantly say go and complaint and go and call customer care here we only acknowledge manual tokens. It’s a shame to name of Samsung Service Center. Staff needs grooming big time. Never buy Samsung products and never visit this service center it’s possibly the best people to screw up your good smooth day! Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be a decent place. Was able to handover my mobile quickly. Had visited at / around 11.30. Have promise to return me tomorrow after replacing the display. Replacement charges are also reasonable i.e. 4,600/- for A50 model.
