★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We own a flat from Bindu Developers at Padmanabhanagar, near Banashankari. The worst part about this builder is that they won't support you after purchase of your flat. Once they get their money, they will never turn back at you. Their agenda is only to make money. Once the sale deed is done, they show don't care attitude towards customers.
They provide absolute worst quality home which can't even resist a single shot of hammer. They use low quality materials for doors, tiles, electrical switches, bathroom fittings, kitchen sinks etc. Within one year, the tiles they had put in common area, car parking area broken and came out in our apartment. There is no accountability and responsibility from the builder for this mess.
They promise you heaven during sales and after that they don't even provide basic amenities what they have promised.
Another most crucial thing is that they don't provide OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE (OC). After all units are sold, they will just runaway. They do many deviations from the sanctioned plans which may put your building in trouble after few years. It is a high risk to invest your hard earned money in their properties. As per my knowledge there are few pending cases in court against this builder from residents.
BUYING FLAT FROM THEM WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF OUR LIFE. It was due to my father-in-law's misconception about this builder that we ended in this soup. If we had enquired with few other people, we would not have made this mistake.
