I firmly recommend everybody to investigate emphatically when you put away your cash on some substance. This is perhaps the most "counterfeit" organization ever I saw such countless individuals composed audits by contributing 5 lakh,3 lakh and so on I truly felt so awful losing such an extensive amount cash is truly most noticeably awful thing ever.
Indeed, even my mother and auntie lost 1.5 lakh.
I trust one day their organization get fixed for eternity.
Yet, individuals once again im telling exploration firmly before you contribute immense amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fraudulent real estate company in bangalore have ever seen, thier director Dinesh S Gowda and staff Gopal including other staffs are big time fraudsters..in fact I invested 5 lakhs during 2019..but whenever I visit Gopal & Karthik you both have every reason to convince, I became a victim now..They have looted poor people money who in fact had dreams to purchase property.. Dinesh & Gopal you should have found other ways of making money...in fact your post dated cheques are also Fradulent ones.. So by now everyone have seen the media stories about this company and thier director Dinesh...
Friends I would request in future any property purchase first look at the price.. If it is cheap and worthy at that location.. Please step back.. Let's not get into such traps.. These people play with people's life...Our hard earned money, emotions and dreams shouldn't be in fraudsters hands.. Stay vigilant..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been almost a year of making the down payment of 2 Lakh for a site located in Tavarekere... They are d big cheater by fooling the public showing illegal document and promising false information.
When we request for refund no proper response and keeps on postponing that Boss is not available etc.... We have visited office almost more than 30times to refund the amount and without any fearless they just ignore nd inform us to come next week...
Lets all raise a PCR against them and teach them a lesson...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a SCAM company, I invested around 2 lakhs on a property, it’s been close to 3 years and the registration is not done and they are not returning the money I invested earlier.
Worst Management, when called they tell either their boss isn't available or their phones will be switched off!!!
Don't loose your hard earned money by investing in these types of Bogus companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys this is very big fraud company. Don't trust or else you will loose your hard earned money. They are all fraudster and cheater. They will never give back your money back once you invested. No one will respond after they take money. They will tell excuses and keep on postponing the date. I had bitter experience with this developer. I advice you don't invest in the property. You will loose money.
