★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a look the below advertisement of this bogus company in commonfloor website. I am a resident of this apartment and I know the truth. There is no swimming pool, no landscaped garden. Play area is just for name sake, nothing is there. In Gymnasium most of the equipments are not working. In few of the houses intercom stopped working (in just 2-3 years). The builder is doing the maintenance of the apartment and it is their duty to maintain the apartment & amenities/facilities after colleting the money. But this 420 builder is eating up all the money with the help of few selfish 420 residents. This builder is good in only luring customers, false advertisement, swindling money and cheating the residents.

Whopping 9 years have passed and this builder has not delivered the amenities, facilities and occupancy certificate, completion certificate. He is still illegally doing the apartment maintenance by collecting the cash from the residents. He has eaten up corpus fund and maintenance money paid by residents. No proper maintenance is being done. His own people in the apartment are felicitating this idea and helping him. He has done help to few residents and in return these people are helping this builder. It is a systematic looting on mutual understanding basis. There is no proper waste disposal, every where leakage during rain, no proper cleaning of common areas, some lights are not functioning since several days. He is simply collecting the money and using it for personal benefits.
