★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad, staff is unhelpful. Spoke to 2 different people and both were absolutely unclue about anything. Ordered one cake to be kept aside and told them that my person will be there next day by 8am. no one is yet turned up and he is waiting outside for shop to open.
don't want to give any star, but the post does not get accepted unless I select any of stars.
highly unprofessional shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Cakes for ever. I used to buy always from Lalbaugh Birdys. Staff is also very cooperative and helpful. Sudhir sir was very helpful for selecting the co. But nowadays Lg ck is stop by swiggy pls start delivering of Large cakes by swiggy. Start soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 2 stars only for the fast delivery... their website is a mess ordered a cake but payment deducted and ordered not placed.. need to follow up at the store and head office for the confirmation.. somehow received the payment back..placed another order via other mode the cake was not available at the store which I ordered and no one informed about the same despite of repeating the order at the store. Selected some other cake and the handwriting over it was pathetic just similar of a small.kid.. ruined my special day.. Not atall recommended from now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience for customised birthday cake at Taj Birdies was great. Vandana is a thoroughly detailed person and gave me a great suggestion for the kind of chocolate cake I could opt for. She suggested a 60% dark chocolate cake.
This cake was decorated with golden glitter shaped into a numeric 1 as we wanted.
It was done precisely and tasted amazing, thank you chef, it was a wonderful cake everyone loved it.
