★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the 2 sells persons at Kolkata air port, date 16th oct, 9.30AM 2021 the both are purely idiots and they don't have a little manner towards customers... very rascals , I ordered 3 items then had to cancel it due the their behaviour...cheee.. cheee.. guys s don't go there the illiterate persons will make your mood ofcourse down.?.. biriyani bhai down down??????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second cheapest ☕ available in Airport. 10 rupees for a cup tea at airport is a lottery from pvt player. Food quality is good, but problem is customer service. They are very poor in service. Too much time taking. More talk compare to work. Totally undisciplined work culture.their HR manager need to look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irony is name being biryani bhai but biryani is the worst that you can try.
Instead go for the roll items - Egg Roll, Chicken Roll, Egg Chicken Roll, Paneer Roll.
Only thing that might catch your attention is the availablity of tea and coffee at minimal prices.
Tea would cost you around Rs. 10/- while coffee would cost you around Rs. 20/-
Being situated at close vicinity of arrival gates is what probably justifies the reason of such exorbitant prices of items.
Grab a quick bite in case you are hungry else there are plenty of options nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ okay to have this Biryani if you're hungry at airport then u must try this once. I express through reviews that food could be more cheaper but they charge excess. Keeping this location in mind price is high but still it could be lower. I see all staff here in good gesture alongwith warmth welcome .. feel the taste because they make good Biryani, price wise this should effect Buyer because of the location and unavailability of other Shop this biryani centre is selling at higher price .make it low increase tons of sale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Briyani bhai is located just outside the campus of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose airport Kolkata. The first thing attracts you is the banner of tea and coffee of 10 and 20rs respectively. However once you order it the bill comes to approx 60 for tea, 100 for water bottle and 70 to 100 for coffee. So this is a new kinda scam guys. I understand it's a marketing strategy to attract customer to the joints. However it would be appreciated if the bill is confirm before the order is placed for everyone's convience. They staffs were good. Also I understand it's difficult to sell the tea and coffee or any product at that price point in airport but don't scam people like this.
