★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this furniture shop with very clear ask that if they can deliver a sofa before Diwali. They promised that it will be surely delivered before diwali by November 3rd if I purchase a specific design . I agreed and paid advance.
I stayed convinced until diwali day as well. I visited the shop even a day before but it was closed. When I called first time they called back and told that they will confirm delivery time. Thereafter stopped picking my call. It's completely unprofessional and con behavior. Finally I thought of seeing reviews and found similar experiences shared by others.
They have taken 50% money in advance and no delivery even after 3 days of due date. I am attaching invoice to prove authenticity of my feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bliss Furnish is the great in terms of Sofa Sets & Bed! Small Disappointed with Delivery time however accepted due to Diwali Load everywhere! But Everything is fair when you a perfect masterpiece sofa set more than expectation! Happy with the products. 1 star deducation for not offering extra discount when there was a delay of 2 days. But still recommended as product is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, worst service and worst quality. Call them a 100 times and they will pick up only once, that too if you use a different number. Delivery was delayed by 2 months and they would not even pick up our calls. Yet, the Bed did not last for even 1 year as the wood quality was pathetic and it had wood borers. Not recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional people to deal with. U should thank god if u have not done any interaction with them. They are actually goons who will take full money from you in advance and will not deliver correct product. If you ask for refund they will refuse and say blantently do whatever you want to do. Even after giving delivery date they will neither deliver product nor revert to your calls. Actually not at all a place to even visit. It is pure suffering if fall prey to them.

Quality: Very Poor
Customer service: zero. The person does not answer the calls. If you change the number, he answers but never addresses the issue. Soft spoken swindler.
Design options: Good. This is what lured us, one of the worst buys we made till date.
Highly Not Recommended.
