★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst company ever. Ordered flowers & chocolates for mother’s day. The flowers (wrong bouquet) got delivered at 11 PM despite this company confirming that they’ll deliver by 4 PM, and the chocolates did not get delivered at all.
I wrote them a facebook message and an email, both of which they never replied to, so basically they’ve taken my money and not provided the service.
Save your time, energy, and money and take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. This is a huge huge scam. My friend and I ordered flowers from here, separate orders. Her order had 20 sticks in brown paper, 10 sticks were delivered in cheap plastic with no explanation. My order was never delivered, not only that but the number on the website is switched off. When I emailed them about my order they lied to me and said they have been delivered, and have stopped replying since. They have no problem taking your order but are shameless enough to just STEAL YOUR MONEY. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Order from reputable companies like Ferns and Petals. At least they have working numbers.

I made the payment online and since then I am chasing them. But not getting any appropriate solution and even they are not responding to my mails then number is switched off no response on chat. Totally fake, they just make money request not to ordered from them. Hi kunal, your order #BV2260961 is confirmed with BloomsVilla. Thank you for shopping. NEVER DELIVERED.
