★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here in April end 2018, Worst possible service in this centre. There is no proper waiting place. Usually appointment is delayed by 2-3 hours. All the applicants need to keep standing in lobby. There is only one counter and two persons doing all the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible visa processing Center. No one accountable, no communication. Hours & hours of delay without any reason.
The office is smaller than a tea stall.
My experience is just another night mare.
The Spanish consulate should go back to VFS global for visa processing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are well-versed with the visa requirements. They nicely handled my application process and I receive visa by 7 days. Only disadvantage is that it is not spacious enough to accomodate people. A small cubicle type office room suffice the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just a collection centre. Yet they ask from you way more documents and papers that are not necessary if you submit it directly at embassy. And defiantly nit listed in any website.
They made ne go back 3 times. Even with express written permission from embassy that they could accept my application. Even after all my documents were alright according to website. I ended up submitting more documents than any visa i have yet gotten.
And once it reaches embassy i got the visa in 4 days.
All the delay was exclusively the one they put me through
Also don't rely on the booking website regarding they will take pictures or can print out. Despite what the website says they don't have the facility and will make you come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with the agency was good. The call centre was responsive and gave accurate information. The collection centre is just a cubicle in a large office space with 2-3 employees (which is far from what I was expecting having visited the VFS office twice). However we faced no delays or any other issues and our visa issued within 4 days. Did not opt for any additional service from the collection centre.
