Good food.
Nice service.
The dining room is outside under a beautiful tile roof in the gardens of the Taj West End Hotel.
The decoration is simple but elegant.
The cocktails menu is broad enough without exaggeration and the class. Cocktails such as Mojito and Margarita are well mixed.
The food is good with fresh ingredients and a vietnamese twist.
A nice place to chat peacefully almost under the stars.

Ambience:An open-air restaurant.80packs seating capacity.Perfect place to have a romantic-meal.U can gaze into the pond and watch acrobatic swimming of fishes,with fresh lotus blooming from june onwards.The cane chairs are plumped up with colurful cushions
Staff:Courteous,attentive & man a very busy service.Kudos!
Food:So the chef de party made the best meal in vietnamese for us.They have an elaborate vietnamese food menu.This has no 1 vietnamese food,with no arguements.
Pho:A classic take on vietnamese soup.Broth is made with soy sauce and blend of spices.Light,healthy and yet substantial,which cud even constitute for a full meal as it even has vegetables and noodles.
Raw Papaya salad:This has light soya,vinegar,sugar.Hint of very little peanuts.Tangy
Raw Mango salad:This has become my new favourite.U just can stop urself from taking more each time.With just some light soya,sugar,water to prepare the dressing.Sweet and tangy
Vietnenese Waterchestnut Ricepaper rolls:These are full on flavour which exuberates a breath of freshness from iceberg,rola,robu lettuce and canned waterchestnuts boiled and with boiled vermicili sauted in satay sauce and served with peanut hoisin sauce dip.Dont break it,eat the whole thing together.
Veg red vietnamese curry:(Ca re chay):Made with silken tofu,broccoli and medley of vegetables.Star anise a popular spice is used in most vietnemese food.Cinnamon hint comes in the middle.This has a blend of the whole spices which are made into curry powder,added with redchilli powder,lemongrass,coconut milk and finished with butter.Rich yet comforting,Smooth and clean flavours.Dipping the baguette in it adds a new dimension.
Jasmine Rice:Flavourful rice to enjoy with the red curry.
Ruby red:This has jasmine essence.This has jelly.waterchestnuts,and coconut milk sweetened
Cheesecake:Thus was super-yum topped with rasberry sauce,chilled to perfection
Lemongrass icecream:Versatile yet simple and it blends with the full fat cream and granulated sugar.The lemongrass stalks ooze out the flavours
Coconut icecream:Creamy with richness of coconut flavours.Perfect for summers.Stellar!

β β β β β I love vietnamese food. Was thinking about Bun Bao, Bahn Mi, Bun Cha and the likes before walking in here.
What they had was about 30 items on the menu. Except the salads and Pho, the items on the menu were anything but Vietnamese. I ate lousy serviced chinese at Blue Ginger.
Never again.

β β β β β It was our first anniversary and we were delighted the way we got treated from the staff. The ambiance is awesome. The quality of the food was extraordinary. Overall, well worth a visit. Have a look at the menu before planning one though!

β β β β β This is a Vietnamese restaurant located in the Taj west end hotel. I couldn't find Buncha on the recent menu. The beef pho, pork stir-fry dish was excellent. The moist meat dishes that you can't get anywhere else were fantastic. If you go to this place without making a reservation in advance, you will have to wait for a while at the Blue Bar. Both the food and the atmosphere are perfect.
