Mr. Vaibhav had the audacity to ask customer to wait!!!
Very bad customer service, this is second time I experienced it.
Finally went to other courier, they simply weighed the envelope and gave me receipt was done in 5 mins...
Bluedart should improve customer service

Overall good expr at Blue dart Virar, ATM & Digital payment options are not available, please carry your payment in Cash.
Nearest ATM is in front Mulji Mehta school
