OWNER GIVES GUNDA TYPE WARNING via DELIVERY GUY !!!
I am frequently receiving shipments from by business partners. Anjani guys know we do have shipments (Sometimes), But have yet not given business to them and give to 'Tirupati'.
Just yesterday 29th Oct 2020, We received our regular shipment and the guy who delivered used this words "HUMARE SIR NE WARNING DIYA HAI KE TUM APNA SHIPMENT HUMKO NAHI DOGE TO HUM AAPKE GHAR DELIVERY NAHI KARENGE, AAPKO LENE AANA HOGA".
Like they are giving free services. Totally not accepted & unprofessional. How dare he can use words like WARNING.
I am complaining to HEAD OFFICE & also will personally talk.
Take care of such unprofessional people / branch in Virar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service not at all professional he will purposely not deliver the parcel so that the client has to go and pick it up and he will insist you to come and pick up by saying jab time milega tab deliver karenge he gives lame excuses for not being able to deliver the parcels on time

My relatives sent me sweets in Diwali from Ahmedabad and it arrived at Virar within 2 days but these people kept it in their office for 10 days and daily they gave useless excuses and half of the time they said “ladka nikal Gaya hai bas aajaiga abhi” and the distance from their office to my home was just around 4km then too they did not delivered it. At last my sweets got fungus and it was of no use.
They even don’t bother to call you and inform you that they have received your parcel please come and take it from here.
IItne din me toh mein Khud Ahmedabad jake le Aaja ta sweets
