A friend sent an urgent parcel via mahaveer courier, it wasn't delivered on time.. it was received at local depot in Virar.. yet they said..sir Saturday/Sunday hum delivery nahi karte hai .. so horrific service..
I thought to give them another chance . .. I had to send a courier few original documents, they said.. aapko premium service lena hoga.. regular courier mein product loss hoga.. tho guarantee nahi hai.. so aapko premium speed courier lena padega..
I asked him, if regular courier isn't guarantee, premium mein kya guarantee hai? He got angry & replied aapko karna hai tho karo .. maine aapko nahi bulaya tha...
