I'm give a product of amount 5000rs and they are lost my product.

1. Location on Google map is wrong
2. It too costly and they took un-do advantages of festival (e.g. Raksha bandhan)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if u see on google 10 oclock morning its will show open ...if u go over to book parcel even at 10:40 , they tell wait for 20 min. Work starting after 1100 oclock.
Second think after booking item they gave booking docket which is old, which is already dispatched showing status on old date delivered. After contacting to courier person .they advise will give another docket no. in evening which u can track. Correct they gave another docket if u waste ur time on phone.
Third thing is they dont care actual distination area of parcel. They send my parcel to that area but not actual dtdc courier area. Consignment got redirected not delivered. They takes times to reach actual parcel dtdc area we dont know. We r in headaque when it will reach. They delivered parcel late. This was my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not direct delivery ,they are deliver through blue dart ,not even assured for prompt delivery may ur doc or parcel may be lost as per their statement of DTDC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not even 8 the employee shut the shop and left and it's ok but when asked is not responding too. I've a pic with employee in it and shutter down before 30 mins to closing time
