★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The document I was expecting from Tuesday, at last came across today, shortly at about 11:30 am. But still I feel that Professional Courier has somewhat slowed down its receipt/delivery TAT [turn around time) from what it was some years ago. Maybe It is my perception, I don't know.
Maybe they are implementing some new cost to TAT ratio, perhaps. But still, I would prefer them due their effective area coverage and cost.
