Apparently they had some marketing, wait let me correct this, Social Media Manager at the exhibition. Marketing folks would take every sale seriously. I had an entire house furniture requirement and they din respond in time, while i all most lost my client. Guys buckle up!! Though 1st level service was good, had a nice looking options with details that came in. But if it isn't a Y or N, you can't go loose on the entire service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blue Loft has wide range of bespoke furniture and Artwork. The best is they can even customize any deisgn to suit your taste. Quality and service both are are excellent. I highly recommend to visit their store and see it for yourself. No second thoughts !! Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blue loft is a really lovely store and the managers make you feel very welcome! The furniture has the perfect blend of comfort and style. Kahan was nice enough to take time to understand my needs and helped pick out the right couch, and I have to say I’m loving it! I have scoured Mumbai for the perfect couch so I highly recommend anyone on the market for one, to go check out blue loft. There is so much great stuff - I stopped by the next time to pick up a side table which I was eyeing on my first visit. You can wrap up your shopping day with coffee from blue Tokai next door :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this store! Everything about this place is exactly what a furniture buying experience should be like! They have some lovely designs that are largely contemporary and perfect for my design sensibilities. They have courteous staff who encourage you to sit on every single piece of furniture, and rightly so, given how comfy almost all of their furniture is. They're very transparent with their costs and delivery times, with no false promises, something that's hugely helpful while trying to set up your home. The owners themselves get personally involved with their clients and they're very pleasant young businessmen, an absolute treat to do business with. Bonus point - they usually have some pleasant music playing in the stores & they'll serve you a great cup of coffee to enjoy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had visited Blue Loft back in Feb with my clients and we loved it! This space is gorgeous - it’s literally a loft, large and spacious with sleek, unique and on trend furniture. Kahan and his team were extremely prompt and sweet. They helped us decide the perfect pieces (bonus! they even customise the upholstery to match our interior palette) and managed to deliver everything as per the timeline. Absolutely loved working with these guys - they just made the entire process so fun and easy - even my clients were thrilled! Highly recommend Blue Loft as the first place to hit if you’re looking to renovate any space!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gorgeous loft-like space inside Shakti Mills compound offering some beautiful modern contemporary pieces. I was renovating my living room and decided to invest in comfortable and good quality furniture. They have a wide range of super-chic furniture; accent tables, sofas, armchairs, and even sell decor items like carpet (by Carpet Seller) and paintings. What really stood out for me was the customer experience - the store managers were extremely hands-on!! I was doubtful if the sofa and chairs would fit in my room, so the manager actually helped create a mockup of my living room right there in the store! It was such a great experience trying out different furniture styles. Amazing!!
From the purchase stage to delivery, the Blue Loft staff was extremely helpful, efficient and highly professional! A great store, worth a visit if you are looking for stylish, comfortable modern pieces.
