★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This experience store at Mahalakshmi is worth it. I have purchased a TV unit accompanied with Coffee Table from their website. They have a very good team working behind. I received the package one day before the due date. These two furniture units look phenomenal. Love you Wooden Street.

I had ordered a dining table with 4 chairs from them
The order was delayed by about 10 days which was OK but the communication from their side was disappointing
Just unable to connect with them on both WhatsApp as well the helpline number
After that received unsatisfactory products which were to be fixed by their so called experienced carpenter
The problem with him is he schedules a visit and then ghosts u wasting ur time and effort both
Happened to me thrice in a span of one week and still no signs of getting my problem resolved
Ps: Don't be fooled by the higher discount percentages on their website
The prices are way lower than that in the store operated by them
And if u have a time frame to get ur furniture then it's best to stay away from them cos after spending a good amount of money upfront u will be left scratching ur head trying to get hold of them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a bad experience. Bear in mind that if you are placing an order with them, neither will they bother to receive your call nor will call you back no matter how many calls you make. They only reply on whatsapp. There was 4 days delay in sending the people who assemble the furniture. The technicians scratched my home and removed paint of walls on 3 places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute hassle dealing with this company. The delivery was 1.5 MONTHS late with no notice or intimation. Very difficult to get a hold of customer service. After being so late, on the day of delivery they said we charge ₹200 per floor if there is no lift. If this was told in advance, this would be okay. But after all this stress, we were blindsided. The product is not bad, but definitely not worth this experience. You are better off with IKEA or Pepperfry. We used their services and there was no delay or hidden charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. I have order in place which was supposed to be delivered within a 10 days but its more than a month and still not delivered. Have raised complained several times and each time the customer service revert saying will get back with updates but fails to provide update on due date. We have paid in full and still no way of knowing why a bunch of cushion covers would take more than month to be delivered.
Update1: order ID is 219003. The complaint is already in place since past 2 weeks yet the customer support fails to provide update. The only response we are getting is your team will provide an update yet fails to reach out on the said time. We doubt if support team really have any regret about such customer experience. We no longer want an update, either deliver our order else please cancel order and refund the amount.
