★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 frames and cushions from this store. While the selling process was on, the person at the store was extremely friendly. However, post purchase a fair amount of follow up and back and forth was required.
When they first sent the items, one of the frame had paint chipping off constantly. They sent their painter once who spoilt my wall and wooden flooring and then said we didn't give a proper work space (which we had). He ruined the frame colour and then I was made to pay to courier the frame to the store. When they fixed it and returned it, they chipped a part of it and now I'm stuck with a broken frame. They refused to fix their damage.
All the pillows I bought from them also have sequins and other work coming off. I was constantly made to feel like they were doing a favour by fixing something they gave me damaged.
Would strongly recommend not purchasing anything here.
