★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service they want people to suffer and they take money in before your patient has been given any medical attention no matter how much they suffer they need the money first.inside the hospital the doctors and the staff do not answer to any questions you ask personally I will never recommend this hospital just because if you want to use restroom you need to show a visitors Id which they never provided ironic. This hospital is just a money eating shark. Thank you and any bmrc staff reading this post try being a better human first then come and be of service to the society otherwise Don't be a dead weight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say the hospital and the staffs are making fun of human life.. I think the staffs are practicing staff they dont care for anyones life... They just try to make money for their needs.. l lost my father and uncle there... They even dont try to treat if they found that this is critical... If you cant do treatment then get refer to other hospital... Why you are keeping the critical patient with you..if you are unable to do...such a worst hospital, I think in the whole world...poorest ever... Such a beggers....

The doctors who worked there said when patient will need ventilation there will be no time to ask the family for the consent,so they made us signed all the consent papers when we admit.but at the main time when patient needs ventilation,they kept the patient for atleast 15-20mins to suffer..even after request,they said our doctors are busy.can you imagine...and for there negligence..i lost my loved one.and even after his death,they didn't confirmed us...3hrs later of his death,we have been told about that,they just do a ECG and told that he is no more.If you don't want to loose your loved once, please don't admit her/his to this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well managed hospital, really good behavior with patients and relatives of the patients. Few doctors are moody but good in communication. Nurses are trained but they have to more polite in communication with the patient party.
Overall good experience.
