β β β β β Your issues never get solved here. As such being a brand BMW they are not living up to their expectations. For a simple looking glass change they need 7 days of time with advance being paid to them. As a owner of a premium car if a simple looking glass takes 10 days tat time then I think Maruti and Hyundai are way ahead.
Looking glass is a critical & most changed part of the car, they don't have that available in their service station. So I don't know what kind of service they provide. For 7 days I can't drive the car and pay them 15k as advance to.procure the glass.
BMW I think you need to upgrade your service.

β β β β β It took more than 7 days to order parts and will take another 7 to get them (As suggested by BMW) and I do not know how many to install them. The way a reputed brand like BMW is being represented is a shame, or may be it is all a sham. Every-time I talk to the representative the response and narrative changes. I have been given TAT ranging from 3-4 days to 7-10 days to it actually taking more than 20 days to replace a part as basic as a bumper.
One buys into a luxury brand with certain expectations, least being courtesy to tell the truth about part availability. I can now say it with confidence and personal experience that Hyundai and Maruti are delivering a far superior customer experience than BMW in India.
BIG MISTAKE!

No proper explanation, had to wait a lot even after making a prior appointment .
Made a mistake buying a BMW car. Not a luxury experience.

β β β β β Worst ever service I have seen . They have hired unprofessional relationship managers . They have hired unprofessional service engineers. They even bother about the promises and not feel sorry even making you frustrate.
Mr Pawan. (Service Engineer) Mr Santosh (Service manager) Mr Nishant ( Manager )
All are saying me the simple excuses and not even saying sorry for the inconvenience.
If BMW is having such a service CENTER in Gurgaon sector 14 . I should not go for this brand
. Sorry .
