★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deserve even 1 star!!! The online portal seems okay at first but only as long as you are investing and not interacting. Once you start interacting, you realize that the online portal is just a formality and has no utility since you have to go to this branch for everything. After I had enough, I was worried if they'll keep their commitment to liquidate my money in my absence and give the money to my family. So I asked to stop the investment. I had to initiate it online and come to this branch to give a hand written letter. 1 month after this, my money didn't come back. I tried logging in online but they had disabled my account and it kept indicating that my password has expired... imagine that! I call their customer support line and they direct me to the branch. I go to the branch and the people there don't even remember receiving the letter that I handed to them personally. WOW!
