They hire talented employees and make them dumb workers
Hire and fire policy and you never feel secure
Lot of firing going on on continuous basis and everyone is afraid when will be his turn
All false promises

Advice to Management
Don't hire people if you don't have long term projects otherwise hire outsourced employees on project basis, what is the meaning of a permanent employee if you throw them out within one or one and half year?
You are only good at absorbing outside talent and giving them nothing in return in terms of knowledge.
If you so biased towards Chennai employees them why have you opened branch in other cities?
