It's been around 6 weeks I joined Body Station & I've reduced 5kgs with regular workout and no additional supplements, also diet prescribed was with normal home food.
Amazing Gym I've ever seen in every aspect.
Proper training and apt guidance given by trainer Dinesh, also cannot miss out Ayaz and Vijay.
No doubt that for upcoming 6 weeks appreciable transformation will be evident.
I would anytime prefer and suggest BODY STATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 2 years of sitting at home it felt nice to restart working out again, this time with Bodystation and I am happy to have found this place.
Well maintained equipments and not at all crowded in the mornings.
I feel very comfortable around and do not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
Will edit this in a few months regarding my progress!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to build yourself. Moderate crowd around the evening and morning and with 15+ machine's and good assistance from the trainer's as well. Membership is comparatively less around the other gym's in Kamanahalli surroundings.

It's been around 20 days to have been the member here and i have experienced good improvement in me and lost around 4kgs. I can tell it's best place for the kind of service and & it has good set of equipment. Trainer here is very supportive and helpfull all the time.

the kind of service and & it has good set of equipment. Trainer here is very supportive and helpfull all the time.
Also Really satisfied with the kind of cleanliness and hygiene it provide keeping in mind covid awareness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinesh is a very patient and good trainer. He gradually ups the workout so you that you are ready. The gym has all the required equipment for all types of workouts. The cost is very reasonable even including the personal trainer fees.
It is definitely preferable than going to some big name gym and paying big bucks for the brand. Super happy and definitely recommend Body Station to anyone looking for a good gym in this area.
