★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The doctor (not sure if he was a real ophthalmologist or a optometrist) couldn’t have been more uninterested in the case. Worst of all, they didn’t even care to mention what my current eye power is! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One extra star from my side. The best place for eyes treatment. Good experience with polite staff, Hygienic environment and maintained social distance. Not a single headache as bring medicines from chemist. Their systematic way of checking and proper guidance impressed me a lot. My dad is truly satisfied for surgery he had. They are also doing their best in this corona time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly believe the doctors are good and they are one of the best. But I am giving one star ⭐ because I operated my Mother for cataract surgery. She was called for after surgery check up and had to wait for 2 hours inspite of having an appointment just because here they mix up general check up patients and surgery patients. This is not the service I expected a very small place to manage patients. Unhappy with the service

Ridiculous kind of behaviour by their staff including counseling staff too especially your "RECEPTIONIST" she is so arrogant, uneducated experienced it on call and in clinic too.
Doctor seating next to receptionist is also worst.
The overall treatment to customers is like the vegetable market.
Went for cataract treatment for my mother.
Never gonna visit or suggest to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wud give 5 stars only for Dr saumil ...as he is very polite humble and he is very good with his work...minus 5stars for the behaviour of the lady receptionist and the other lady with the receptionist...thy both wer extremely arrogant uneducated and pathetic...so much attitude for what..are thy owning the place ???..I was kept on waiting with my old n sick mother for 4 hrs from 2pm till 6.30 pm inspite of taking prior appointment...i requested them to plz not to make my mother wait for soo long as she is diabetic and a heart patient with severe arthritis she cudnt stay hungry for so long and cannot sit for so long...still those arrogant ladies purposely kept us on wait until the clinic got empty.pathetic staff.
