★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service... I called several times to know about some diagnostic charges but I didn't get any response from them. Firstly one operator picked call and he connected to another extension from there that man told that call another extension. I called again and told the operator to connect that extension number he connected the same but that rude lady said hello hello and disconnect the phone. Same thing happened again and again. I don't want to give single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far experience is not good in few points. Admission process is not sync with the name of hospital. Lift maintenance is not good. We have to wait for 15-30 min to get lift from 11th floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathology lab was very unhygienic. Bad smells even at a non crowded time. Not able to stand even for 1 minutes. Hospital is most costliest in entire indore then also government hospitals are much clean then Bombay hospital pathology.

The nurses, doctors and housekeeping staff all were very cooperative and helpful.Sister Ravina is expert in handling new born baby, Also medicalim department mahesh sir is very kind and helps in hassle free mediclaim process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's best hospital in indore, there is great facilities for patients and their relatives. They provide emergency services it has 24*7 doctors available. This hospital have great achievement related to health.
They have completed to much success many operation. People show trust on this hospital, they complete promises. They had work in the covid19 very helpful. I really impressed. They provide such a great service. People's opinions on this hospital is too good. We had talked on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get disguised by the use of word "Bombay" in their name. Even a jhabua hospital is better than this one. I went for angiography of my mom.
I will share my experience point wise
1. Staff : rude, stubborn ,non cooperative. Moreover the nurse pricked my mom's left hand 11 times in order to spot a vein for vanflam. Fyi 11th attempt also failed and then they(3 nurses) gave up.
2. Mediclaim Dept : unreachable, not at all serious about their work. I have a corporate mediclaim ( which gives the best cashless services I experienced before). The mediclaim dept sits inside and on the main door there is phone which connects u to them. No personal interaction. I can understand that might be due to covid but then they can have a separate room with glass walls for this sort of communication. Next early morning when I did admit my mum I gave them all the required docs for pre approval but to my surprise by evening when my mom was about to get discharged he didn't even submit any docs for my file.
3. Facilities : I think my pictures will speak a lot on this front. Even in a private room, there was smell of urine coming outside, just imagine how their common washroom were like, that too in times covid. A bus stand urinal might have more hygiene standards.
4. Lift : their stairs are all all closed. Only lifts are allowed. In that they give u only one pass. With me and my father only either one of us could go to any floor except the first floor. Often when someone is hospitalised, two caretakers are required specially when one of them (like my father) is old. When you go to them with any concern they treat you like dogs. One of the nurse literally told my father "dada ye pass chahiye to rakho warna ye bhi wapas le lungi". This is their compassion level.
There are many more things which I could share but I think this would be enough to paint a picture.
Please don't opt for this hospital. U will suffer more and so will ur patient.
