People want good treatment as well as sympathic behaviour towards patient which the hospital staff failed to offer!
The patient family goes to through many mental issue towards treatment !
Its staf's duty to treat them correctly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Jyoti Multi-Speciality Hospital Indore last week for my uncle's Total knee replacement. It was a wonderful experience. The doctors were experienced, competent and friendly.Hygiene and cleanliness were top priorities for the hospital.Dr. Arpit Tiwari, the orthopaedic surgeon,gave us proper instructions for follow-up and post surgery care.

Got my appointment in 15 minutes on walk-in. very good experience, was explained about my problem and its solution. Hygenic and clean corridors. Will definetly recommend to all who need medical care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well equipped hospital with very good infrastructure. Very friendly and supportive environment. Dr Arpit is especially very explaining and cares for his patients. The hospital is decently priced and can accommodate for your financial shortcomings without compromising on the treatment.
BEST place in TOWN for injuries , joint replacement, and pregnancy related queries and problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended this hospital by a friend, was skeptical at first, but upon arriving i was blown away. The doctors are friendly and explain everything in detail. I had medi-claim, and the process was done in minutes. After the surgery, recovery was fast and aided by the strict protocols which did not allow me to lax on my exercises. In the starting where I was scared, now I am happy that I came to the right place. Best place in town for orthopedic injuries.

The environment was conducive. The staff members, both medical and non-medical were warm, courteous and professional. The level of cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance was appreciable.
Overall it was a great experience.
