If we made a complaint they are saying their team told it's made of natural incredints so we are not responsible for dandruff stuff and all
So many years having beard no issues.
After using this got dandruff and all
But they simply say our product is gud.
But in online promotion like if not satisfied with product you can return and take refund like that

I complent about it then they ignore my complent by saying that if it is turning on then it's good, they didn't care about the fact that even if it is on it still not doing anything . They have no clear return policies. Not buy anything from this site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behavior. Ordered my Father's Day gift with them. They were showing expected delivery date as 17 June, but delivered on 22 June, next day after Father's day. I asked for status on 19 June, they told me that the order would be delivered for sure by Father's day ie 21 June. Didn't get it. Messaged them on same day but got a response that they were unavailable on Sundays. Anyways, received order on 22 June, but to my surprise, the order was incomplete. Ruined my gift to my dad. Really disappointed with the service Bombay Shaving Company provided. Would never recommend trusting them!!

The range of products that the company offers are high on quality though prices can be rationalised to the extent that the product quality doesn’t suffer a dent. I would also like to mention that the company has a very responsive customer support which I experienced a few days before.
Being a user for a considerably good time, I give a hi five to the entire range of its products.

Delivery was fast ( delivered on within 5 days) I chose to order from their website instead of Amazon. As many reviews on Amazon said that they recieved incomplete packages. So better to order directly from the company itself.
The packing is simply amazing and very premium!! (Makes me feel like a someone special)
The overall contents are good.
Beard oil smells nice, the package was complete and in the best condition.
Will start using it from today.. hoping for a better beard in the near future.

1. Pathetic customer care .
2.Bad quality products .
3. They dont have any own manufacturing unit of any product .
4. Over priced products . People can buy branded products like Gillette , old spice , Garnier etc. Buying cheap quality Bombay shaving company products are just wastage of money .
5. They can cancel the order at any point of time without customer concent , i found lots of reviews about the same . Also bad inventory management .
6. They are going to waste investors money by selling scraps to customer. This company will shutdown soon . Save this review.
This company is just doing fraud practice. Beaware and save your money . Dont buy their cheap quality with high price products. #BombayShavingCompany

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fraud this company and their representatives are i have purchased trimmer from them in sep 2021 and it stopped working only after 4 months now they are refusing to provide warranty. Don't ever even think about purchasing anything from this company and their costumer care staff is so rude and mannerless that i can't have words to explain.
