★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to BonTon at lajpat nagar for years, they make my glasses and contact lenses and the service is super. Even though I'm not in Delhi usually every six months they ship my contact lenses to wherever I am, and do my eye tests every time I visit. They know about the newest lense types for both glasses and contacts.
Really nice folks, and they care about their customers. They also have a huge range of sunglasses and frames from all the fancy brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promised to send contact lenses in 3 days and did not send them… being a regular customer, ordered them again and they sent me lenses of the wrong power. Heights of carelessness and zero professionalism. Had to leave for a trip the next day but of course, without contact lenses thanks to BONTON LAJPAT NAGAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular client of Bonton. Last time the manager (middle aged person) was not available . I purchased n expensive frame n lenses. The staff changed the power of my lenses by themselves n delivered my spex. This is extreme unprofessional. Not expected from a reputed brand. Otherwise there r lot of options available in the market. We visit Bonton because of trust. This kind of cheating is not acceptable.
