★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. The first thing you notice when you are about to walk in is a sticker on the door that proudly claims that this store "has a 4.9 rating on google reviews"... Lol. That's a huge red flag as any. A few more reviews like this will change that pretty quickly!
I visited at 11:15AM & the optometrist hadn't even arrived. Guess punctuality isn't one of the ethos of this place. I was told to return after 30 minutes & when I did, the optometrist, without even extending a greeting, handed over a form to be filled up which asked for everything under the sun, including my date of birth! I guess the optometrist must moonlight as a "janampatri maker" :p
I told him I will not fill this up since this form is nothing but an intrusion of one's privacy. Why does a company want to know my full name, address, mobile, date of birth & Email ID.... as if there are aren't enough financial frauds in the world!
As soon as I declined to fill the form up, I was shown the door! My advice to you will be to save your time & your privacy & not visit this establishment. There are 2 shops on either side of this showroom (Vision Express & Lenskart) that know how to treat customers with respect & more importantly respect their privacy. Visit either one & thank me later...
