★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The working staff here is quite polite, try to assist the customers in their requirement, provide good quality glasses.
They also offer very detailed eye (sight, colour blindness...) checkup which is examined by certified ophthalmologists (claimed by them).
Although if eye glasses or contact lanes needs any customization then customer needs to wait for 3 working days to get the finished goods (as they claim to be having their workshop in Bangalore), but the quality is definitely very good so far in past 3 years...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst buy experience from vision express Lajpat Nagar , they gave me scratch sunglasse , after the payment I found out the scratch but they just emphasis me to just take it and say to me it’s just a minor scratch, after the long argument they told me to they will courier me same new glass in 7 days because they don’t have another same new glass, so that time I agree with courier thing but after the 5 day they call me and told me I have to wait more, and gave me silly reason for delay and they told me I have to wait more 7 day.! Now after the 2 week I still not got my courier, very unprofessional staff they not even update me I have to call them again and again and worst buying experience from vision express.!!Last warning to them if I not get my courier in 4 days then I will take strong action against them and complain about them in every possible place.!
