★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a long time. Extremely happy with the room and services. Also, just in front of a big market so easy to get groceries and other things. And a safe place too with Security guards. The tenant is a fine gentleman who helps a lot too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing place to stay. With sector 46 market just in front this place is a perfect blend of comfot and accessibility. Also the rooms are spacious, and well managed. I have stayed here for 3 years before moving out of Gurgaon. I enjoyed every moment i stayed here and would recommend any person to stay here.

The property is amazing and rooms are spacious, the location is prime, you have access to grocery, gyms, restaurants in less than a minute. Security, room cleaning services are commendable The landlord is really kind and helpful too. I would recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely well managed PG with Mr Himanshu (Owner) personally looking into the overall management. If any issue arises, they are resolved in a short amount of time. All the rooms as well as bathrooms are very well maintained with proper hygiene and have nice quality of fittings which automatically leads to avoidance of any repair work and therefore, provides a smooth living experience.
Last but not the least, of all the rented places I have lived in so far, I had the best experience here and all of that can be attributed to Mr Himanshu. He regularly takes time for the management of routine operations and ensures discipline within the PG which makes one feel secure, comfortable, relaxed and most importantly, his privacy is respected.

I have been staying in sector 46 at this PG for a month and I haven't faced any difficulties as to electricity or water supply.
The Room is at a very Posche area wherein you get all the daily supply and a big park nearby is a big perk to this PG.
The owner of the building Mr. Himashu Dureja has been very kind and helpful. He will help you out with all the things and will provide you proper guidance.
I will recommend this PG to anyone who is looking for a good ambience in city centre.
Talking about in room facilities I have been provided with all the facilities such as fridge , Air conditioner and geyser for bathing purpose.
They have care taker as well, have always seen him available 24x7 for my help.
I will recommend this place to anyone who is planning to stay in Gurgaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this PG in 2015 for one month. The room was spacious will all amenities. Bathroom was good and was provided with geyser. Many shops are there nearby the PG. Food was provided by order and is excellent and cost effective. Overall the stay was good and recommended.
